Privacy Policy
AdRounds ("we") is a Google Ads account monitoring service for agencies and freelance PPC specialists, operated by AdRounds, Indonesia. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it. Privacy contact: hello@adrounds.com.
1. Summary
- We read data from the Google Ads accounts you connect, only to show you findings and reports.
- At the current stage we do not modify your Google Ads accounts.
- We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
- You can disconnect at any time; our tokens are revoked and your data is deleted.
2. Data we collect
a. Google account data (sign-in)
The name and email address of the Google account you sign in with, so we can identify you and send service emails.
b. Google Ads data you connect
When you grant access, we request the OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords (Google Ads API). Through it we read, only for the accounts you select or link:
- the account list and manager (MCC) hierarchy;
- campaigns, ad groups, budgets, bidding strategies, and Target CPA;
- ads, assets, keywords, final URLs, and ad policy status;
- negative keywords and shared negative keyword lists;
- aggregated performance metrics (clicks, impressions, cost, conversions) per campaign, keyword, and search term;
- conversion action settings and tracking status.
We do not read audience lists, Customer Match data, or user-level data about the people who see your ads. We cover Search campaigns only.
c. Data we create
Findings and suggestions from our analysis, your decisions (approved, ignored, snoozed), settings (targets, thresholds), and an audit log.
d. Technical data
Minimal server logs (time, IP address, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. This marketing site uses no tracking cookies or analytics. The web application uses only the session cookie required to keep you signed in.
3. How we use data
Only to provide the features you asked for: detecting problems and opportunities in your accounts, building the inbox, reports and summary emails, and recording your decisions. We do not use Google Ads data to build advertising profiles, for advertising, or to train general-purpose AI/ML models.
4. Google API Services User Data Policy
AdRounds' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- we use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the application;
- we do not transfer the data to others except to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you;
- we do not use it for advertising, including personalized or interest-based advertising;
- our staff do not read your data unless you give consent for specific support purposes, it is needed for security or abuse investigation, or the law requires it;
- we do not sell the data.
We also comply with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. Data is processed only by infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) under contract to process it on our behalf solely to run the service. One agency's data is never visible to another agency.
6. Storage and security
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted; access tokens are short-lived and never sent to the browser.
- Access is limited by agency and role.

8. Disconnecting and deleting data
- You can disconnect at any time in the app, or revoke AdRounds' access in your Google Account permissions. The token is revoked and we stop reading your account data.
- After you disconnect or cancel, your account data is deleted within 30 days, or sooner on request to privacy@adrounds.com.
- We verify that a request comes from the account owner before deleting.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent, by contacting privacy@adrounds.com. We respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable Indonesian law, including the Personal Data Protection Law.
10. Agencies and their clients
If you are an agency connecting client accounts, you are responsible for ensuring your clients know about and agree to your use of AdRounds for their accounts. In that relationship the agency determines the purposes of processing and we process data on the agency's instructions.
11. Children
The service is for businesses and professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
12. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and notify users by email before the change takes effect. If we add features that modify Google Ads accounts (always with your approval), this policy will be updated first.
